2. HOW DO WE ORDER?

According to your target item of order list. Firstly, we will arrange suitable market list for you, which displays the location of goods you will purchase. Secondly, we will guide you to those markets and take pictures for you selected goods, you can choose the design what you like, we also can arrange you to visit factories once you require. Thirdly, after finished the order, we input all information in the computer and e-mail to you for your confirmation, such as quantity, color requirement, packing mathod, marks, volume and other special requirements.

3. IS THERE ANY MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED TO ORDER

Yes, in common situation, you need to order at least one carton and some items may be required more

4. . WHAT SHALL WE DO IF YOUR QUANTITY IS LESS THAN MINIMUM QUANTITY REQUIRED

Firstly, We will explain to supplier this is first time you buy this item for your trial order and next time will have big orders. Secondly, you can choose other design in the same shop as well, then we can ask them mix them in one carton if their minimum order is one carton. And thirdly, if you like it very much and the supplier is very bigoted, you can add the unit price of this item.

5. HOW LONG TIME IS NEEDED FOR SHIPPING AFTER ORDERED

It depends upon your orders, if all about your orders have stocks, we can ship it within one week. Under some conditions, such as that if container is ready, but some of your goods need 15 days, which we just take for example, to produce then the shipping time should be a little more than 15 days. We will keep post with you for it. Except for it, we must pay more attention to the situation of shipping company.  

6. HOW DO YOU MAKE PAYMENT

In Yiwu all companies accept the payment as T/T, it divides into two phases, in the first phase, after you confirm all the order, you should pay 30% of total amount as deposit, because the process of placing the orders to suppliers, we need pay deposit to them as well, in the second phase, before collecting goods, you should pay balance to us, owing to that when we ask the supplier deliver goods to our warehouse, we should pay at the same time.
Also, if other payment terms such as L/C, D/P or D/A will be acceptable for us.
