COCONUT SHELL ICE CREAM BOWLS
These matchless natural shell bowls are made from coconut shells. Naturally fallen matured coconuts are collected, cut into two equal halves and remove the kernel. Then clean the shells using traditional methods to get 100% biodegradable shell bowls.
Cleaned coconut shells are thoroughly washed again with high pressure water jets and then are rinsed in fresh clean water. These cleaned shells are spread to dry in a room with controlled ventilation. They are further bathed in hot air inside electrical heat tunnels for a while. The dried shells are then preserved in biodegradable transparent shrink film and further packed into new corrugated cartons.
Our coconut shell bowls are completely natural and free from chemicals or any other malicious materials, so are fully biodegradable yet durable and strong.
