1.What is Dongguan Miller Household Articles Co.,ltd's MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 1,000pcs. And we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.
2.Can I get free samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our paypal, we will ship with our account. It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. They are free. If you want your own designs, it takes 4-6 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes 15-20 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.
5.How much is the freight charge?
To save cost for you and in order that you can get goods earlier, we suggest to deliver by express for small quantity. They are not heavy, if shipped by express, it takes 3-5 days to reach, but freight charge is higher than that by sea.
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF your port.
6.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
7.How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the pantone color code you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
