A:We are a factory & a Trading Co., established in 2003.
2.Q:Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Xiamen, China.
3.Q:How can I get some samples? And what is the sample leadtime?
A: For the one we have in hand , we try to give you for free but freight should be to collect.
For customized sample, sample charge and Express charge are all needed.
As for the sample leadtime, it can be 3-5 days for the simple one. If complex, it will be 12-18 days.
Q4. Can I have my own design and private label?
A: It is available, you can simply show us one picture to see what design you like and then we could change the color and printing work as you want.al.
Q5.What is the main process of our cooperation?
Further Negotiation --- Order Confirmed --- Production --- Delivery --- Feedback
Q6: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by DHL, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 3-5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.
Q7: What about the payment terms?
A: We usually accept T/T 30% as deposit, and the balance against the copy of B/L.
