1.Q:Are you a factory or trading company?
A:We are a factory & a Trading Co., established in 2003.
2.Q:Where is your factory located?
A: Our factory is located in Xiamen, China.
3.Q:What is our main line?
A: We are specialzing in all kinds of Aroma Products, including Fragrance / Reed Diffuser, Scented Candle,
Incense Set,Essential Oil, Potpourri, Car Perfume, Spray etc. Also we export the raw material and
accessoriesof AromaProducts like ceramic or glass jar/ bottle, as we have lots of resources with more
choices and low MOQ.
4.Q:What is your MOQ?
A: It all depends. It can be 500 sets without the mould things, like normal glass bottle/ jar, handmade flower
and paper box are available. However, the set with ceramic items will be at least 2000 sets.
5.Q:What about the production leadtime?
A: If the accessories are not too many, it can be 15-20 days. Meanwhile, as usual, it will be 25-30 days for
the set with glasswares and 40-60 days for the set with ceramic items. If urgent, we can accelerate.
6.Q:How can I get some samples? And what is the sample leadtime?
A: For the one we have in hand , we try to give you for free but freight should be to collect.
For customized sample, sample charge and Express charge are all needed.
As for the sample leadtime, it can be 3-5 days for the simple one. If complex, it will be 12-18 days.
