Container handling fee FOB NINGBO (Yiwu to Ningbo port)
(Icluding all cost: customs fee, container inland transport fee, documents)
20FT: container: USD 500
40GP & 40HC container: USD 680
Translation & guide fee
For new customers, we charge translation & guide fee, each day USD25
**The fee will be return after order placed.
For regular customers, translation & guide service is free of charge.**
Terms of payment:
20-30% deposit, 70% -80% against copy of original shipping documents 20-60days. L/C at Sight or 60 Days
Airport pick-up fee:
Shanghai pudong international airport: USD 120 (Buick GL8, it can fit 7 persons)
Hangzhou xiaoshan international airport: USD 50 (Buick GL8, it can fit 7 persons)
Yiwu airport is free of charge
For regular customers the airport pick-up service is free of charge.)
Quality control
We do final shipment quality control when we collect goods in warehouse. One carton of each item will be open and do quantity & quality check, we will take a picture of each items for records purpose.
If you request pre-production sample, pls inform us in advance.
Warehouse (free of charge)
We have a own warehouse in Yiwu, it can load 10X40 HQ container at one time.
Consolidation service:
If you buy some products from another city, we offer consolidation service, we can collect the goods for you, and keep in our warehouse, load all goods together in one container.
Exchange rate: US dollar = 6.95 RMB ( Chinese Yuan)
One-stop yiwu export agent service
1. Issue business invitation letter
2. Free Yiwu Hotel Reservation
3. Airport pickup from Yiwu, Shanghai, Hangzhou
4. Visit yiwu market and write down the products you interested in, such as: Booth #, item#, price, quantity/carton, size, colour, package details and take photo of products.
5. Free transport to different markets
6. Negotiate price for customers
7. Collect approve samples and send to our customers
8. Collect goods and do quantity & quality check in warehouse
9. Consolidation of goods in our warehouse, load different goods into container.
10. Arrange shipping
11. Cover insurance if necessary
12. Shipping documents making: B/L, Commercial Invoice, Packing list, FORM A, CO.
13. Factory visit organization if necessary
14. Testing report service
