SERVICE COMMISION

Hotel Reservation

We can get great discount from almost all the good hotels in YIWU. You could find them on our website under YIWU HOTEL for your reference. If you need to reserve any of them, please kindly contact us after you done the air ticket booking. We will make a reservation for free.

Airport Pick-up

We will arrange a car to pick you up from the airports including Shanghai Pudong Airport, Hangzhou Xiao Shan Airport or Yiwu Airport. Please see SERVICE CHARGE for detail cost.

Purchasing Accompany

To save your time and cost in Yiwu city, we will arrange two professional translators to accompany with you. They will guide you to the right market area and help you find the products you are looking for more quickly. Also, one will translate the negotiation between you and suppliers, and write down all product information you need; the other one will assist and take photos of the products. After finish purchasing in the market, we'll offer an total quote for the products you choose for your final confirmation.

Factory visit

If you want to visit a manufactory, we could arrange a translator to go with you upon your request.

Quality Control

Once you confirm all orders details, we will place order for you. Our professional QC staff will follow the order process to control the quality strictly.

Collecting Goods & Inspection

We will collect goods after all orders completed. Meantime, we will do inspection according to your requirement and make report. If have any problem; we'll let you know in time.

Free warehousing

We have our own warehouse for client's orders. So we can help you save cost for warehouse rent.

Shipping Arrangement

We have many long-term cooperative logistic agents in China; we will book space for cargo according to clients' requirement. We also can use appointed logistic agent upon customer request.

Cargo Loading & In Land Transportation

We will load the cargo and transport to Shanghai or Ningbo Port. But containers loaded in Yiwu mostly shipped from Ningbo. And the total inland charge is as follows:

1) For 1*20GP container, the charge is USD680.

2) For 1*40GP (or 40HQ), the charge is USD780

Custom Declaration

We will declare to the custom in China; If need, we also do Door-to-Door shipping service.

Document Preparation

We will sign B/L and make all documents according to clients' requirement, and then express them to you.

Besides export agent service, we also can provide sourcing service, promotional projects and wholesale on our B2B website. If you are not intending to come to Yiwu, we could do sourcing, sample development, and all above services you need.

SERVICE PROCESS

Before you come to yiwu

1. Advising you the best time and period for your business trip to China. Sourcing suppliers and arrange the meetings for you before you come to China.

2. Issuing Invitation letter (Business invitation or official invitation) for your visa application.

3. Booking the hotel for you with the best discount.

4. Picking you up from the Shanghai pudong airport, Hangzhou Xiao Shan airport or Yiwu airport.

 When you arrive in yiwu, start your purchasing

1.Once you come to Yiwu, we could have a meeting in your hotel lobby, restaurant or our office, pls feel free to let us know your budget, then we could arrange your purchasing preparation in advance!

2. Guiding you to visit the right product markets; visiting all the shops one by one, or visiting factory if you need;

3. Translating between you and suppliers;

4. Writing down all the product details such as: item No, description, unit price, quantity, size, color, packing details, MOQ etc. In the meantime, we take photos for all the merchandise you have ordered.

5. Making the Performa Invoice that including the unit price, pcs/ctn, total amount, total CBM, ocean freight, and local handling fee.etc for your reference together with our Purchase Order.

 After you completed the purchasing in yiwu

1. Placing orders upon your confirmation and the receipt of 10-30 % advanced payment;

2. Following every order to make sure the production will be completed according to our expected time and requirement we will keep you posted about the progress.

3. Clients T/T the rest amount before collecting goods since we have to pay off suppliers on the day of collection;

4. Collecting all the goods in our own warehouse and inspect the goods to make sure orders are according to your requirement, and sending you the inspection report for your confirmation;

5. Distributing the payment to all confirmed suppliers;

6. According to customer's request, book shipping space and arrange the shipment.

7. Preparing the export documents concerned and do custom declaration.

8. Sending you all the documents including B/L, Packing List, and Commercial Invoice to help you do the Custom clearance in the destination.

 When you are not in China or have no plan to Yiwu

1. If you want to customize your own design or want us to source the one exactly the same as your sample, we do source simultaneously in the yiwu market or on our B2B website;

2. We do sample development upon the receipt of sample cost;

3. Proceeding to the above order routing once you confirm the sample;

4. Inspecting the orders for you if you ordered directly from the factories. Our QC staff will go to the factory and do the quality control. Then send you an inspection report for your confirmation.

5. Sending you the latest products or products you may like.

SERVICE COMMISION

Commission:

Our Commission Charge is from 1%  to 3% of the total value you purchase from Yiwu market.

We chargeUSD25 / day for the guide & translation service on visiting all the Yiwu markets, the fee will be deducted after orders placed.
