Mix 1kg of powdered ice cream with 3kg water, dissolve fully,put still for 15 minutes,use the handy egg beater to whip fast for 10 minutes or use the electromic egg beater for 5 minutes,make the expansion rate to 90%,then can eat instantly or can put into the freezer to chill for reserve.
