Udon is a noodle dish indispensable to Japanese dining.
And amongst the different types of udon available, here we present Sanuki Udon from Kagawa Prefecture,
the number one udon-producing region of Japan.
This udon can be cooked easily and prepared in a variety of ways.
Sanuki Udon is made from custom-milled wheat flour and salt.
Sanuki Udon is made from superior-grade ingredients and Sanuki Udon making skills.

Sanuki Udon uses noodles that can be appreciated for both their flavor and texture simultaneously.
How to prepare
Use 1 liter of water per 100g of noodles and boil.
* After boiling, chill in cold water, and add to recipe. Or add to recipe without chilling.
Preparation samples
In Japan udon is eaten hot throughout the year. In summer, cold noodles are very popular.
The general method of eating is to dip the noodles into sauce.
Other methods are to dip the noodles into soup, or soy sauce.
Dried noodles
Shelf life of 1 year.
Cook by boiling in hot water. Boil for about 15 minutes
(depending on recipe, can be 10-15 minutes).
