| Directions |
Boil 12~20g of red ginseng root with jujube 10g and ginger 3g in 0.9 liter water for about 2hours with small fire until the amount of water becomes 2/3. Drink the boiled water between meals 3times a day(100ml ~200ml each time). The remains can be boiled 3 times more, and take it by mixing. In summer, put it into refrigerator and take cool one. |
