Complete manufacturing process at our company's factories, no outsourcing
Process 1. Forging
Iron heating -> forging -> deburring -> shot peening (15 minutes) -> reheating
-> finishing striking -> shot peening (15 minutes)
-> finishing striking repeated (cold forging) -> drilling of holes for Hosel parts.

Process 2. Grinding and Polishing
Sole carving -> face formation (including weight adjustment) -> carving
-> score line engraving -> face polishing -> loft and lie angle adjustment
-> aesthetic grinding -> barrel vibration processing -> polishing
-> centrifuge barrel testing -> inspection -> alterations
-> processing to prepare for plating (cleaning, preemptive blasting, etc.)

Process 3. Plating
Surface processing (hydrochloric acid) -> nickel plating -> chrome plating
-> drying -> surface buffing process -> masking -> face blasting -> coloring
-> finishing -> completion
Current flows and plating begins
Head after plating has been completed.
Placed in a styrofoam box to prevent any scratches from forming.
Coloring is added to the carved portions,
and the product is complete.
Simply put color on to the indented
part of the golf club head to complete.
