A.Ingredients:Edible alum ,Edible sodium bicarbonate, Calcium carbonate starch,Flour

B. Functions: used for cakes, FaGao, steamed buns, steamed bread, pastry food,baozi, fried dough twist, fried dough stick, ice cream etc.

C.Usage: mixing this baking powder with dry flour evenly at first, then stirring them with appropriate warm water to produce. The softer of the flour, the better the food will be!

D. Dosage:1.5- 2.5% of the quantity of the dry flour,it may also vary freely according to various conditions.

E. Shelf life: 2 years.
