Ingredients: aluminium potassium sulfate(no water)47%,sodium bicarbonate42%,edible corn starch, Distillation single stearic,Acid glyceride≤2%,Saccharin sodium0.3%,Edible flavor0.06%;
Use Range:can be used for making bread,cakes,biscuits,and other flour food,fast fermenting;
Usage:Firstly mix well with flour,then stir with the water around the tempreture 30°C,after the dough fermenting for a while,then put into oven.
Dosage:2-3%,According to the GB2760 as provided for by production needs and proper use.
