The inner roll design of the rings keep hand safe, make the lids easily to open, and it is lighter about 50% than common easy tear lids. No dust drops into the tubes after tear the lids. Automatically finish tin lids adding, punching, pulling, roll rim, pre heating, lids pre punching, cutting, sealing, cooling, cobwebbing press, rivet, dedusting, counting and deliver out.

1. Operation system is with touch screen, can online set data and show kinds information.
2. Drive system is with abroad advanced synchronous belt, servo synchronization location driver, equilibrium seal press, precision structure and stable performance. The cutting way is with the most save way for seal film.
3. Pre-heating is with high frequency energy save way, the seal temperature is automatically controlled by single temperature control module.
