Characteristics:
Set mix time and vacuum by craft requirement good sealing performance for cylinder, no flour leakage. Simulate the principle of manual mix under the vacuum state, water ration could be increased 20% based on regular craft. Rapid mixing made the wheat protein to absorb water at shortest possiable time, doubled the cooked. Degree under regular state without damage of protein structure. Reduced flour featured flexible, transparent, vigorous, smooth and tasty. U-shape impellers make circular motion solved the problem of uneven stress ensuring stable operation.
1. The machine is composed of frame, body, rotatable vessel, mechanical transportation, vacuum part and electric control.
2. Welded frame is made of 304 stainless steel with 4mm thickness and composed of vessel, lid and impeller.
3. Rotation of the vessel is drived by worm gear, ensuring complete output.
4 Conveying part is composed of motor, decelerator, gear and chain.
5. Vacuum system adopts water circulated vacuum pump, safe and sanitary.
