Guide to use:
1. Make fresh vermicelli.
Put vermicelli in the boiling water from 5 to 7 minutes (Try vermicelli strands pressing, soft is fine), then fish out, drain. It will get the same quality as fresh vermicelli. Can be used with pork soup, springroll, grilled pork or beef noodle ...
2. Fried Vermicelli
Put vermicelli in hot water pot, boil about 3 minutes, then fish out, wash in cold water, drain. Then you can make stir-fry with meat, seafood, mushrooms, eggs, vegetables ....
3. Eating hot-pot, vegetables-roll
Boil vermicelli as the first way, then place on the dish, ready to eat with hot-pot, vegetables roll.
