5.Preparation:

Place the rice noodles into a pot of boiling water and cook for 2- 3 minutes. Remove noodles from pot using a strainer and rinse noodles with cold water, let the noodles try. Then, as a side dish rice noodles in a broth type soups or fried in work to your taste.
