HXKBJ-1 Silicon steel sheet automatic banding machine
Introduction
Silicon steel sheet automatic banding machine HXKBJ-1 is used for convenience storage samples of silicon steel after bundle package and is jointly developed by Shanghai baosteel industry technology Services Company.
The device consists of three parts: the pneumatic feeding unit, the strapping unit and the air pump. The feeding unit has totally four feeding terminals equally distributed on the disc plane; the feeding terminal is controlled separately from each other. The feeding terminal makes the plastic ribbon strap the silicon steel sheet and cuts off the ribbon automatically. The plastic ribbon fits the surface of the silicon steel sheet tightly and makes the same solid and consolidated. Therefore, the packed silicon steel sheet will not drop during conveying and thus can be kept for long time.
The application of the device totally solves the waste of time and labor and the insufficient tightness in the former hand-operated packing and thus makes it greatly convenient for the in-process sampling inspection and the long-time conservation of samples by the silicon steel test authority.
