Product introduction:
The method applicable to Cleveland open-cup (COC) determination of thick oil asphalt and polymer modified asphalt flash point in 79℃ above the liquid petroleum asphalt flash point and ignition, to appraise the construction safety.
The apparatus is in accordance with the methods of test for petroleum and its products national standards GB/T3556-1991 "petroleum products flash point and ignition point determination" (Cleveland open cup method) to design and manufacture.
The apparatus also apply to jtj052 - 2000 road rules T0611 - 1993 the asphalt flash point and ignition test "(Cleveland open cup method) and the international standard ISO - 2592 test method and standard of the National Society for testing and materials ASTMD92 test.
The instrument is suitable for the Cleveland open-cup (COC) determination of viscous oil asphalt, bituminous coal and flash point in 79 degrees above the liquid petroleum asphalt material flash point and ignition, to appraise the construction safety use.
The instrument automatic sweep, ignition; electric furnace heating power 0~400W continuously adjustable;
The heating wire is protected by a transparent quartz tube, no open flame, explosion proof, and fast heating speed;
