STYD-3 for Asphalt elongation test machine
Purpose and scope of application
The method is suitable for the determination of the ductility of the materials, such as road asphalt, polymer modified asphalt, liquid petroleum asphalt distillation residue and emulsified asphalt residue.
Instrument and material
1.1 ductility instrument: delay measurement instrument length should not be more than 150cm, the instrument should be automatic temperature control, speed control system. The specimens should be immersed in water, can keep the prescribed test temperature and tensile test specimens, and there should be no obvious vibration during the test.
1.2 test mode: brass, composed of two end mould and two side die. The die inner surface roughness Ra0.2 M.
1.3 die plate: glass plate or polished copper plate, stainless steel plate (surface roughness Ra0.2 m).
1.4: constant temperature water tank capacity of not less than 10L, the temperature control accuracy of 0.1 degrees. The tank should be equipped with a hole shelf, shelf from the bottom of the sink shall not be less than 50mm. Specimens immersed in water depth of not less than 100mm.
1.5 thermometer: the range of 0~50 DEG C, 0.1 C values respectively.
1.6 sand bath or other heating stove.
1.7 glycerin talcum powder release agent (quality of glycerin and talcum powder than 2:1).
Other: flat scraper, asbestos net, alcohol, salt, etc..

Shrinkage of the machine, and on the basis of the asphalt extension test procedures, using advanced stepless frequency conversion technology, make the machine with the function of one machine with double speed, according to different user needs, choose the rate of 10mm / min + 0.5 mm / min or 50mm / min + 2.5mm/min, stainless steel chain pull cart, asphalt extension. The machine has the advantages of stable extension, good heat preservation effect, small noise, etc..
Customers can choose according to their own needs of the maximum extension of the 2000mm and 1500mm.
