Main introductons:This machine is used for laying up of power cables or communication cables with large cross section,long length,and stranding of cables with pre-twisting or without pretwisting,cable armoring by steel wires,shielding by coppers wires,copper tapes etc.
Main feafures:
1)The machine uses SIEMENS touch screen and PLC to command and coordnate start,running and synchronization of individual motor of the whole machine by PROFIBUS.AC motor of eaach part controlled by SIEMENS M440 inverter system.The electronic control system is advanced in technology,easy for operation and reliable for running.
2)Main motor,pay-off motors,DC motor,taping motor,capstan device and rotary pay-off motors stand adopt the AC motors with frequency inverter control.Traverse motor adopts DC motor and take-up motor adopts AC motor.All components are of quality products for stable performance,ease in maintenance.
3)Traversing pitches can be set,changed,indicated on touch screen.Traversing left and right direction,inching for fast motion can be adjusted on the touch screen.
4)Pay off is of independent motor,easy to install,operate,and maintenance.Synchronous with rotating take up,also can inching rotation individually.
