Information on the metal detector
Product advantages:
Can identify a variety of magnetic and non-magnetic metals (such as iron, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.)even if the metal embedded in the products.
Adopts the double circuit signal detection circuit, high sensitivity and strong anti-disturbance ability.
Has the double circuit signal demonstration function. When the metal good is passing, the signal light will demonstrate different induction according to the size of the metal.
Has the adjustment function of products effect, such as moist products, products including sugar or salt, they all can make the machine has the signal of metal, which is actually has no metal, so it gets wrong information from the products and affect the detection result. So use this machine with this function can reduce the products’ effect to get better detection result.
Can avoid missing detection. When several metal signals are passing, the machine will automatically record the signal amount, so it won’t have missing detection.
Control system: ADLINE microprocessor controller.
Conveyors: Joint-body PU (polyurethane) Conveyor.
Special transport mechanism designed the maximize sensitivity of metal detectors.
