High-performance polyethylene (Abbreviation HPPE below) refers to more than 3 million molecular weight polyethylene with linear structure which has the best performance factors of all the engineering plastics. It is called an amazing material because its characteristics of wear resistance, impact resistance, corrosion resistance, self-lubricating, impact absorption are better than any other existing plastic material.

HPPE can be made into shape of sheet, strip, block, rod etc.

Features of HPPE  material ,

1. Wear resistant and self lubricant

2. Wide temperature range of application, from -100 centigrade to +80 centigrade

3. Does not absorb water, water absorption rate less than 0.01%
