1.How to customize the plastic mold and plastic products?
NUMBERS | STEPS | DETAILS |
1 | Negotiation | The two sides discuss the processing program of mold or product around the sample or drawings,and determine the details of the requirements of the guests; |
2 | Quotation | According to customer's request, we submit our professional and detailed quotation form; |
3 | Make order | The guest confirm the order and pay a deposit in advance; |
4 | Design | We submit the mold die review and design ,and confirmation to the guest; |
5 | Mould processing | After confirm the mold design by the customer, we begin to mold processing; |
6 | Report | We irregularly provide processing progress report; |
7 | Samples | According to the different products, we provide 5-20 samples to be confirmed by the guests; |
8 | Review | The customer confirm the sample or we improve the mold according to our customer's request until the sample is confirmed ; |
9 | Delivery | Packaging mould for export or transfer. |
2.How to try the mold after the mold?
Under normal circumstances, We will make 5-20 qualified products in our injection molding department (the actual number of samples is decided by products), and then send to the guest for checking sample. If the guest is to specify the volume of mass production or other trial mode, it is necessary to declare and negotiate in advance.
3. How to follow-up the service of the mold?
Mold is confirmed OK, guests can choose to stay the mold in our factory production. In the production process, as long as it is not because of product design and change the mold, all of the mold maintenance costs would be borne by our factory. We guarantee not to increase the extra expenses for the guests within the normal working life of mold; if the guest requests the mold tranfer to other factory, due to reasons of other plant operation factors, We no longer provide follow-up maintenance services
