Z-shaped three-section foldable arm, 360° rotation, capable of pitching, unfolding, folding and changing amplitude, realize all-dimensional pouring of the three-dimensional cubical space within the length range of the arm rest, free of dead pouring angle, capable of realizing the concrete pouring of various field operations such as wall bodies, tubes, pillars and piles.
Drive and Operation Mode of Mobile Concrete Pump Placing Boom
The unfolding, folding, pitching and rotation of the arm rest are driven hydraulically. Main hydraumatic electrical elements such as hydraulic motors, sealing elements, oil tubes, motors and contactors as well as switches and buttons adopt high-quality imported or joint venture products. The system is provided with devices for overcurrent protection, flow control, phase sequence protection, etc. to ensure stable, safe and reliable performance of the complete machine. Working of the complete machine is controlled by buttons, featuring simple operation and stable movement.
