Our Wuzhou series of pultruded grating is made by a particular assembly process,which using "I" shape as its main load-bearing part and using special rod to go through the bearing bar. Our pultruded grating includes standard grating and custom grating,custom grating can be designed to meet customer's requirement or special using condition by changing the shape,size and space of the bearing bars,the surface can be covered with lozenge panel,grit panel,or added the anti-slippery sand directly.
"I" shape or "T" shape pultruded FRP structural shapes are the main bearing parts of pultruded FRP grating. In the process of installation, cross bars go through the bearing bars to disperse and adjust the pressure on the bearing bars, and also fix the grating so as to prevent it from moving and rotating, and thus various requirements are met. The grating is widely used in operation platforms, equipment platforms, stair steps, ditch covers, walkways, filter plates and filler supports in petroleum, chemistry, power, offshore exploration, electroplating, water and waste water treatment, pulp and paper production, brewery.
