1.    When can I get the quotation?

We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the price, please call us or tell us in your email so that we regard your inquiry as priority.

 2.    How can I get sample to check your quality?

After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. The sample cost and freight will be charged by your side. But the sample cost can be refundable after order confirmation. By the way, free samples can be provided after the first cooperation between us.

 3.    How long can I expect to get the sample?

After you are willing to pay for freight and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery within 3days and sent to you via express like DHL, TNT, Fedex and etc.

 4.    What about the lead time for mass production?

Generally speaking, the production lead time is around 30-45days which depends on the order quantity you placed. We suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products in your country.

 5.    What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF, etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
