The single needle lockstitch machine is particularly suited to the basting and tacking or repairing of any
work - thin fabric to thick heavy - such as quilts, mattress panels, awnings, boat covers, tents, parachutes etc.
For convenient tacking, presser foot motion (hopping foot) is unified with the action of the needle bar, descending
only during the tacking operation itself. At other times the foot is up, allowing movement of work into position
ITEM NO. SR-1200 complete with needle positioning AC servo motor 750W
mounted on top of the arm, thus can be placed wherever needed.

＊Work efficiency is improved by the stably functioning
components, irrespective of the material thickness.
＊Operation is easy, with set - position stopping of the
needle made possible by a single - plate friction clutch.
The width of the spaces between tacking stitches is
easily controlled by a foot pedal.
＊The large (25mm) presser - foot clearance allows easy
shifting of the work. Even very thick pads.
＊Maintenance is easy, with a vertical - axis fully rotating
hook similar to that used in ordinary lockstitch machines
＊The principal parts are automatically drip - lubricated
from an oil reservoir.
＊The fully rotating hook and the use of antivibration rubber
pads in the presser bar minimize impact noise making
operation quieter.
＊Needle bar stroke : 40 mm
