INSTRUCTIONS:
* Place the tube onto the rollers.
* Close the clamp type handles until tube is securely in place.
* Make sure htat hte blade is where the cut needs to be.
* Rotate "Tube Cutter" until clear cut-through.
* Use "Quick Release Knob" to release handle and open jaws.
