BZJZ-2 Second generation full auto winding machine mainly with the same production process as before, but optimized the paper tube winding process.
Firstly, pre-coating, upper pressure roller adopt to adjustable tension device,ensure the paper glue evenly and good adhesion paper tube. Secondly, adopt to same taper floating pressure roller, ensure the paper tube pressure point with same line speed in winding process, pressure equalizing, paper tube tightness with tense, interlay paper smooth and no short, with high intensity and size uniformity, specially for the cutting of
paper tube ends adopt to the synchronism shearing device for rolling tube. Greatly improving the utilization rate of the bobbin paper, according to the different specifications of paper tube paper per ton than the original unit can produce paper tube 1200-2000pcs.
BZHZ Full auto paper tube drying room, widely equip with full auto paper winding machine.
Half finished paper tube product by winding machine, auto-sync insert to the transmission chain of drying room(if use lonely, need handing supply) ,send to drying room for drying. Paper tube after drying can automatically collect and cross in line.
The whole unit without personal regulation I type paper tube drying room and paper tube dried, then directly into the next process and paper tube production finished. The power of drying room is electric heat or coal heat, internal temperature display in instrument, can be adjustable in need with high heat efficiency, low energy consumption, good comprehensive benefits.
New design full auto paper tube roller raising machine is used as the paper cone finished production line, dried half-finished paper tube finishing after the process of supply tube, oily, flex end, press line, cutting, raising, moving tube, lining tube, and auto counting and dust collection and so on, compared with the old design this rolled raising machine featured with high accuracy of flex end, avoid the tube lost cause by the flex end offset, resulting the workers injury. Galling with high depth and uniformity, pressure deviation rate lower, and product the good quality products with clean and beautiful finished paper tube.
The unit is a single mold head, so that can ensure the paper tube socket quality.
