A bolt cutter, sometimes called bolt cropper, is a tool used for cutting chains, padlocks, bolts and wire mesh.It typically has long handles and short blades, with compound hinges to maximize leverage and cutting force. A typical bolt cutter yields 20 kilonewtons (4,500 lbf) of cutting force for a 250 newtons (56 lbf) force on the handles.
Feature
A release mechanism employing an actuating element of a shape memory alloy material. When the actuating element is heated through its phase-change transition temperature it applies a force which moves a latch to a position which activates the higher energy stored in a drive spring for moving a retaining element out of engagement with a structure. A detent when in a captured position releasably holds the retaining element in its locked position, and the detent is moved from a captured position to a retracted position to release the retaining element when the latch is moved by the actuating element.
Hardened forged CR-Mo Steel jaws with saw are designed and manufactured to assure the longest life.
One-step internal cam mechanism provides the quickest and simplest way to keep the jaw precisely aligned.
Handles and grips designed to allow greater mechanical advantage for crisp, controlled cutting.

An: Sample cost and pastage should be borned by new customer for first time, and sample cost can be returned after order. Both cost will be borned by us for old customer.

3. Can it be deal with on other terms, such as CIF, CFR, CAP, CIP or others?
An: Yes, can be. Please inform us when ask an offer.
4. What kinds of payment term is workable?
An: T/T, L/C, Paypal or others are workable. For small amount, we prefer to being paid in advance. Big amount can be done by downpayment, and balance by T/T after copy of original sea bill. Or L/C and multiple payment terms. The payment terms or percentage is different for different region.
