Q5: Are all products certified by any international organization?
Most of our products are CE certified. Before every shipment, merchandise will be inspected to ensure quality.
Q6: Can customers have their logo products?
As long as meeting our MOQ (minimum order quantity) request, placing customers' logo is feasible.
Q7: Is designating color available?
Generally, for aluminum alloy products, there is no problem to anodize the color customers prefer if order quantity meet our MOQ request. However, if you prefer special color, that would be another story.
Q8: How about lead time?
Usually we don't stock too much merchandise in our warehouse. So due to our business operation, lead time will be about 60-80 days upon receipt of payment.
Q9: Is there any product guarantee?
After-sales-service is provided. Exclusive of improper use, we would take responsibility for any defective products.
