 1.Q: Does the steam clener have damage to the wood floor?

    A: No, steam clearner water vapor emitted are below 100 degrees, generally at 90 degrees, it emitted only water vapor, not a sustained high temperatures, so there is no damage to the floor. 

       On the contrary, with traditional mop mopping the floor, the floor dry slowly, after using for a long time , wood floors will be expanded.

2 Q:Does the steam cleaner can sterilize?
   A: Yes, the steam cleaner depends on the high temperature steam to clean the floor, decontamination, disinfection and sterilization. The floor the residual water is very small, will soon evaporate.

3.Q:Do I need to use a detergent with the steam cleaner ?
   A: No, one of the many benefits of the steam cleaner is that you do not to add any chemicals in the water and mop. It is absolutely eco-friendly.

4.Q:Why sometimes steam will become smaller or no steam? Is it a matter of quality?

   A:No ,it is not a matter of quality. When there exists reduced steam or no steam, may be the steam control knob is in min.
