1. What's your MOQ?
It depends on item. But if it is in stock, small and small quantity is ok, please contact me.
2. Where is the shipping port?
The shipping port could be Shanghai, Ningbo or your requirement.
But usually our customers would like to choose express.
3. How about the sample?
We can supply sample for testing quality, but we should charge sample fee for our new customer, and the sample fee will be deducted when you have real order.
4. How long will you finish the sample?
Stock sample will be shipped with 4 working days. If OEM, it will be longer.
5. When is the delivery time?
Different items with different delivery time, the stock goods will be sent within 7 working days.
If out of stock, it takes 20-35days as per your order quantity. For OEM, it will be longer, like 30-45days.
What we do:
- Material: Our company is processing the material for stainless steel 4CR13, 6CR13, 9CR13 and imported Japanese 440C for Pet Shears.
- Size:The ordering size is provided in size 6.5", 7", 7.5", 8", 8.5", 9", 9.5" up to 10".
- Blade and Edge: Hollow Ground and clamshell Blades. Convex Edge with minor curved radius.
- Handles: More than 100 models of opposing, offset, crane and swivel handle grips.
- Screws: More than 100 kinds of screws in good quality processed by CNC precision machine center.
- Surface finish: Fine polishing, Titanium Coating, Colorful Teflon coated, Water Transfer printing, or Laser printing marks.
- OEM or ODM services are available also.
- Operation life: Each product from our factory should passed the Rockwell hardness tester testing the hardness. It allow to 50,000 times using.
- Quality Advantage: The manufacturing technique for our company is basic on Taiwan processing technology. For every step of processing, we have special inspection to track the sampling, and there are three times inspection in each Workstage to ensure 100% qualified rate of the factory.
