Check the power of your microwave before heating. Warm inner bag only. Do not put the cover into the microwave. Open the base of the cover and remove the bag inside. Lay bag flat on a microwavable dish. Ensure the bag inside the bag is evenly distributed and ensure that there are no creases in the fabric as this can lead to scorching. Leave the bag to stand for one minute and check the temperature of bag against your wrist or elbow. To ensure it is not too hot, before returning it inside the cover.

Cooling

Place the bag in its plastic purse or a plastic bag and then place it in the freezer for at least 3 hours

Attention

To prevent the wheat bag from drying out, after 5^th use, the wheat bag should be rehydrated following these simple steps 

1. Place a microwavable cup half full of water into the microwave until it boils to create steam 
2. Then place the bag in the microwave with the cup of water and heat for the recommended time. 
3. The steam created from the hot water will rehydrate the bag for the next five uses. The bag may feel damp after rehydrating. Carefully remove the cup of water once it is cool enough to touch. When not in use store the product and wheat bag in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.

Warning

This product can cause burns. Avoid prolonged direct contact with the skin. Take care when removing from microwave oven. Do not ingest contents. Do not overheat. For microwave use only. Do not exceed recommended heating times. In the event of this happening, leave the wheat bag to cool completely and rehydrate before use, inspect at regular intervals. Discard if found worn or damaged. Do not wet or wash the inner bag. Heating should only be carried out by an adult. Do not reheat wheat bag until it has cooled to room temperature. When disposing of this product, please take to your local waste collection facility for suitable disposal. Keep away from fire.
