Characteristic : Because of the surface of the Non-sew scrabble plastic film is smooth with no mucosity,it is very strongly adhere with low melting point,after being heated up,especiall fit for material which needs be jointed by hot air but cant bear high temperature(80-100 ).This low-temperature film is affirmed by all the processed standards of fabrics(including cotton,nylon,polyester,mix fabric,and so on) and papers.it could be easily operated and processed only by electric iron,hot-press,and hot-roll machine.
Specification:thickness:0.05mm-0.25mm,width:10mm-1000mm,it also could be chosen.
Usage:
XT-708double side plastic film,we should sandwich the film inside the two pieces of fabric,and then stick them by heating the fabric will be sewn up without lathe, this is what we usually saynon-sew scrabble.
With this method, embroider,weave mark,brand,and so on,all could be sticked on fabric.
XT-718(single side plastic film),as clients requirement,it could be sticked on the surface of the garment,so the garment will look beautiful, the color of the film could be chosen.
