Normally, the sample is free, you only need pay for the express cost, but for special samples, it needs some expense. We will refund the cost after you place an order

How to track the products during production process?
We will send photos to show the production line during produce, and the photos when it is finished in the warehouse, and also a sample picture for your confirm.

What’s your delivery time?
Fast delivery, usually we can finished the produce within 5-15days after the payment confirmed, but when the order quantity is big or you place the order in busy reason, there will have a little delay.
