Working Principle:

Freezed by the nitrogen, the material becomes brittle and is fed into the grinding chamber, in which, the material is impacted, sheared by the blade, hammer into fine powder. The final powder comes out from the cyclone. The size of the powder is controlled by the classifying device. Most of the cold air goes back to the feed hopper to freeze the material.

Characteristic:

During the work, it is the close circulating system for the cold air, which ensures to make the best of the nitrogen energy sources. The lowest temperature is minus 196 Degree C. According to the brittle point of different material, the temperature can be changed to the best status. The final size of the powder can be 10-1000mesh. The application of the liquid nitrogen also avoids the exposition and oxygenation-proof.
