Y82-100LT CE certification hydraulic scrap tire baler
Y82 series non-metal hydraulic bale machine, is widely used to compress and pack the waste tires (truck tires, car tires, passenger car tires, light truck tires, etc).
The compressed package block has the uniform outer dimension and the large density and proportion, which is suitable for container transportation.

Two Split Platens with Movable Link:protects the platens from being distorted when the two rams move in different

Retractable Retainer Claws:prevent the compacted tyres from rebounding
Hydraulic-driven Opening Door: ensures operational safety and easy opening & closing
Front & Back Opening doors: for convenient strapping and bale ejecting
