Introduction of tire crusher
1.This machine is a special equipment for crushing the whole waste steel wire radial tire under normal temperature.
2.The tire rubber chips are less than 50x50mm.
3.It mainly consists of motor, speed reducer, machine frame, twin shafts, shredding blades, rotary screener, transmission system, etc.
Structure and principle of tire crusher
1. The shredding chamber adopts folio compact structure for easy maintenance;

If export to european countries,the wooden box will be fumigated.If container is too tigher,we will use pe film for packing or pack it according to customers special request.
If machine is big, we will fix the machine inside container with steel wires and nails.Machine won't move inside the container.
