SUMAC BRAND DUAL SHAFT SHEAR SHREDDER GRINDER TIRES
This machine is a special equipment for crushing the whole waste steel wire radial tire under normal temperature. The tire rubber chips are less than 60x60mm.
Structure and principle
1.The shredding chamber adopts folio compact structure for easy maintenance;
2.The shredding blades edges are made of hard alloy after special hardness treatment, wear-proof. Heavy-duty, advanced technology and high output;
3.The machine adopts low noise, steady and high torque planet-gear speed reducer, easy and safe operation;
4.The rotary screener is of steel net structure which has large area for screening qualified size of tire chips to discharge quickly.
