2.Install baffle plate onto blade along notch direction.

3.Put transparent container into the body,align the wedge to arrow position,then clockwise rotate and lock them.

4.Take off the base plate and place food,cover it with body.

Flap the head by hand repeatedly,there will be six blades to 360 spin and cut,quickly shred the food.

5.After cutting ,take off the container,push down the head,remove off the baffle plate,c;ean the blade.

6.You also can place food onto cutting board directly,cover it with body,flap head and shred food very conveniently.
