SJ90/65-LC1800 model plastic extruding 3 layers co-extrusion coating machine is based on LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE (EVA) as material, adopts technology, it can produce CPP, CPE transparent film and flower pressing film. It is equipped with thickness measuring instrument from American NDC infrared technique to scan and monitor film to ensure film extrusion and coating quality. Coating and shaping roller adopts compulsory water cooling structure which makes cooling effect good. All the technology rollers' leaving and combining is controlled by pneumatic structure. It has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenient operation, advanced technology, low power consumption, high efficiency, even film product, flat winding effect, which is ideal equipment for plastic film packing material production.

Poly-propylene coating film CPP
CPP is widely used in soft packing of textile, food, fresh flower, wresting tie film
of sugar packing, base film of compound film, metal production and vacuum aluminum
plating base film and so on.

Drawing-winding film
LLDPE series co-extrusion coating drawing-winding film is used to wind and pack the
commodity on tray by person or machine, for refrigerator freshness keeping usage,
agriculture and animal feed production and so on. 10 micrometers thickness
sticky film from the mixture of LDPE and LLDPE has high stretchy performance and
shrinking strength.

Flower pressing film
It may be used as nappy, sanitary towel and one-time film in hospital, which has
soft film quality, high ventilate performance and waterproof performance.

Stationery film
Stationery made from PP film has wide usage, for example: paper bag, paper file,
separation leaf, indication piece, fixing piece and compressing piece. The film
surface may be transparent mirror side or be flower pressing side with orange shape
flower or other shape flower.
