1.  Function

WZ1300-D4 Plastic Woven Bag Piece Central Impression Flexographic Direct Printing Machine is one kind of the machines designed and manufactured by SHANTOU GUANGHUA MACHINEREY IND. The machine is designed for print on woven bag, film-coated & kraft-plastic laminated bag, plastic tarpaulin, paper and non-woven cloth with 3 print units on a central impression drum, for 3 colors single sided print. Pattern on each printing unit is pressed onto the bag piece one after other while the bag piece goes around the central impression drum. In the course of print, the bag piece wraps around and runs synchronously altogether with the central impression drum so that its registration could be accurate. The registered adjustment in the machine is available to be online controlled with motor. The machine is well designed with hi- automation, easy operation, good quality and hi-productivity effect.

2.  Machine Make-up

The Machine consists of a Bag Feeding Table, Bag On Position Calibrating Device, Central Impression Drum With 4 Print Units, Bag Outlet Overturn Device and Electrical Control System.
