The aluminium foil pe coated made by my company is a new non-toxic,odorless and environment-friendly product with material structure of Aluminum foil/XPE foam/Aluminum foil. The Aluminum foil is of excellent isolation and moisture-barrier performance. XPE foam has smooth and uniform spongy structure. With the properties of these two materials combine, theUnderfloor matis of excellent heat insulation, moisture-barrier, super durability and high energy-saving efficiency.
While for most of the Underfloor mat in the market, they made of recycled plastic, After long term usage the floor will be deformed and damaged. The low-quality Underfloor mat will mildew and generate bacterium and strong plastic smell. It corrodes the floor and harms human health.
1) Heat insulation---the external aluminum foil isolative layer stops heat from losing in winter and reduces cool air from losing in summer. It greatly reduces air conditioner working hours and saves power.
2) Moisture-barrier--it stops the moisture of the ground from immersing into the floor board and carpet. It lengthens the service life of floor board, keeps furniture dry and avoids them from moisture and mildew, which makes you feel safe to sleep on the floor board directly.
3) Long-term anti-pressure----it can bear the weight of 25ton/m2 for a long term without deformation and still keeps excellent functional performance. It may share the same service life with floor board.
4) Anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and mothproof----environment-friendly, non-toxic and non-harm material can effectively protect the wood floor board from corrosion and moth.
5) Sound insulation--eliminate the noise from the floor and supply serene space.
6) Fire-retardant function---it is of excellent fire-retardant function, which can effectively slow down fire spreading rate and minimize the fire damage.
7) Easy installation---it is soft, light and can be easily tailored and installed. The accurate horizontal level is designed on the material during production, which saves the alignment work during carpet underlay laying and about 4 times of the time that traditional way takes.
