A. Product Description :
This is the 21st Century insulation material. It is a flexible & light weight elastomeric nitrile foam material designed for thermal insulation. Black in colour, it is available either in tubing or sheet form. The extruded flexible tubing is specially designed to fit the standard diameters of steel and copper pipings. Sheets are available in standard precut sizes or in rolls.
B. Specifications :
This material is available in various makes like Armaflex, Accoflex, Superlon & many more.
It is available in the form of Sheets/ Rolls of thickness 6mm to 50mm or in tubings of 6ft length of different thickness & inner diameters designed to fit all standard steel & copper pipings.

D. Applications :
The expanded closed cell structure provided as efficient vapour barrier for the prevention of condensation or frost formation on COOLING SYSTEMS, CHILLED WATER and REFRIGERATION LINES.
It also retards heat loss for hot water plumbing and heating, dual temperature piping and SOLAR SYSTEMS. It protects pipes against corrosion and acts as a vibration damper.
Its inherent flexibility makes it ideally suited to the insulation of large surface areas such as tanks, irregularly shaped vessels, air ducts and large diameter pipes.
