About Sample:

1. Sample of our existing stock: it will take 1 day to send it out. Sample is free, client just need to take care of freight

2. New sample customzied: the lead time & sample charge depend on customer's design. Normally it will take 3-5 days. Sample charge can be returned only if bulk order can meet our MOQ. Also, client need to pay for freight for the sample

About Quality Control:

1. Our QC team who have rich expenience in bags & case industry will take focus on every processes, and do inspection during the whole production, in order to make sure each product can be finished by high quality, and finished on time.

2. Client own QC inspection, or third party indicated inspection are also welcome

About Package:

1. Normal package is each product packed into poly bag, and then packed into export carton

2. Client can define the package like, hangtag, barcode sticker, display box, and so on. Then we will follow up accordingly.

About Delivery:

1. Normally specking, EX-Work & FOB sea/air port are our prefered shipment term. Other shipment term can be negotiable as special case.
