1. We accept the T/T, 30% as deposit, and the rest should be payed before shipment;
2. L/C is welcome when the account is too large;
3. Our price is often FOB shenzhen, or FOB shenzhen airport, and EXW, CIF, and so on;
4. We normally ship by Shenzhen.All products shipped with careful packaging to protect and ensure safety of contents during shipment.
5. We do not responsible for any custom taxation if applicable in some country .
6,We do everything to provide you the most reliable way of shipping service. Yet sometimes international delivery is highly depended on the local customs and post service.
Samples:
1. If we have samples in stock, we could send you samples free of charge;
2. If you need your design samples, the samples charge is lower than the common;
3. Samples time is 7 days;
4. If you require samples with your own logo or label, a single sample charge USD40-100. We will refund you the exceed cost when you further confirm an order

Q1. Are you factory or trade company?
Yes, we are the factory, own 10 Years manufacturing experience of neoprene ,about 100 workers.
Q2. What's the price term?
Price is quoted on EXW or FOB Guangzhou, other terms can be negotiated. In general, 30% deposit before production and full balance before delivery.
Q3. Could you offer samples?
Yes. However, we will charge some sample fee for new customer,and the additional fee(Sample fee minus Unit price)will be refunded when you place order of the same products.
Q4. Could you accept OEM order?
Yes. For OEM orders, the professional suggestions and help will be provided, and you will get the satisfied products.
