the Thermostat Structure & Application:
(1) The bimetalis a fully closed temperature relay with a shell sensing the temperature by
contact with the double sheet metals.
(2) Bimetal thermostat consists of two metallic strips ,and this part being adjusted the angle
causing movement by the hotter temperature ,when heated up ,it bends in a predetermined
manner, and can be used to monitor, measure and regulate temperature.
(3) It enables two contacts to move quickly for the purpose of switching on or off the circuit
through the principle that the disc sheet metal deforms under action of temperature
and jumps instantaneously at such point of temperature in combination with the
mechanical action
(4) It's closed until the surface reaches about 50 Celsius degree, then the switch opens.
The Thermostat Details:
(1) It is widely used for temperature control or protection for household electric appliances.
(2) water dispenser, electric open water bottles, sterilizer, microwave, coffee maker,
rice cookers, air conditioners and other electric appliances.
(3) Its main application are in thermostats for heating chamber or fan clutch, but
they are also used in control devices for instance in automobiles.
