We specialize in producing four series of products: Bimetal thermostatic coil and disc, heating chambers for engine carburetors, auto generator regulars, various auto glass lifter motor protectors Bimetal thermostat consists of two metallic strips ,and this part being adjusted the angle causing movement by the hotter temperature ,when heated up ,it bends in a pre-determined manner, and can be used to monitor, measure and regulate temperature.

 Coiling of the thermostatic bimetal achieves greater “active length” within a small space, thus maximizing the possible displacement. One end of the spiral /helical coil is permanently fixed .the loose end describes a rotary path in response to a change in temperature.

The choice between a spiral or a helical coil depends on the intended application.

Spirals are preferred for measuring ambient temperatures (room temperature, sauna thermometer).

Thermostatic bimetals have been standardized in a number of countries. The relevant standards usually contain data on materials, their properties, dimensions, shapes and tolerances, as well as test specification and, in some cases, references to other general test standards. Major standards are listed below:
